We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) up to 7 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable.
Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund including the cost of carriage. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Authorization is issued by us - contact us to inform us if you are experiencing problems.
